What data does GTM Alpha collect?
We collect only what's necessary:
- Contact Info: Name, email for communication
- Business Info: Company name, website, challenges (for consultations)
- Usage Data: Basic analytics (pages visited, not personal tracking)
- MCP Logs: Tool invocations (retained 30 days)
We do NOT collect: passwords, financial details (handled by PayPal), or tracking cookies.
Is my business data kept confidential?
Absolutely. All business information shared during consultations is treated as strictly confidential. We:
- Never share your data with competitors
- Don't use your data for training AI models
- Only share with essential service providers (PayPal, Netlify) under confidentiality agreements
How can I access, correct, or delete my data?
You have full control over your data. Email shashwat@hyperplays.in with:
- "Data Access Request" - to get a copy of your data
- "Data Correction Request" - to fix inaccurate information
- "Data Deletion Request" - to have your data erased
We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR, DPDP (India), and CCPA.

These logs are retained for 30 days for debugging, then deleted.
